Refund Policy 

CANCELLATION, RETURNS & REFUNDS

Cancellation; Refunds. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact us via website contact form. You may return most new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 30 days of delivery. We inspect all returned items and award a full refund for unopened products. Only if the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise. There are no refund on shipping charges. If you initiate a return after 30 days, IME Group, may issue a partial refund depending on elapsed time and condition of merchandise. Your return may expire after 45 days if we have not received your item.

Orders cannot be cancelled once IME Group, has begun processing the order. In order to promptly deliver our product, the processing of an order commences almost immediately once you have submitted your order. We are unable to accommodate requests to change or cancel an order after two hours have passed since the order was placed. Any changes to or cancellation of an order can only be made with IME Group, prior written approval and additional charges may apply. Any agreement by IME Group, to accommodate a cancellation request will be conditioned upon payment of any and all costs, charges and expenses already incurred by IME Group, to that point, and you agree that such amounts may be deducted from any payments previously made to IME Group, Accordingly, we encourage you to carefully check your order before submitting it.

RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING SHIPPING

While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, in order to protect our valued clients, we reserve the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.

Additionally, we reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:

·    An irregular or excessive return history;

·    An irregular or excessive returns history involving damaged or missing items; or

·    Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, IME Group, reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns (both in-spa and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
